Bandit is a handsome 8 year old Pintabian Gelding. He has had 6+months of Pro. training in Western Pleasure by a reputable trainer using John Lyons methods. He has also had 2 months of Halter training. He has been ridden for 4+ years. He has had lots of Desensitizing methods done and is an Excellent trail horse. His sire has been Exported to Austria. He has lots of winners in his pedigree and is himself a winner, shown in 2003 he received a 2nd in halter and a 4th in W. Pl. after only 4 weeks under saddle. He has been shown in a Trail class, Lungeline-he is a super Lunger and was shown once this past summer of 2007 in an open show in W. Pl.
He is kind, gentle, healthy and a joy to be around. He is a Personable, Loving horse. He is for an Advanced/Intermediate Rider as he has lots of energy. Would be an Awesome Endurance prospect. He is a fantastic Ladies horse, but would also make a great Gentlemans horse, as he doesn't prefer one or the other. Women tend to be smaller and he isn't a huge horse.
He is so fun on trail rides, he has consistant speed/doesn't tire, loves the hills. He is such a gentleman. We went on 6 long trail rides in August/September, all with unfamiliar horses, he was so good. I am so proud of him. He is just one Special horse and I don't have any problem keeping him around here. He is advertised on other Sales sites, but when they expire, he will be listed for sale only on my website. He is the guy who helped me learn to ride again after not being in a saddle for 13 years.
His trainer, before I brought him home said he would need another 30 days and he'd be finished, but I know that I don't have time to show or the LOTS of money it takes, so I opted out of finishing him, but you can!! I will use him as a terrific trail horse, that will suit me just fine.
I am Firm on his price, I offer payments with NO Interest. You can take him home when he is HALF paid off. Please inquire for more info.
Asking: $4,500.00. No trades. Serious buyers please. Price goes up ($6,000) July 31st, 2008.
